Has anybody used one of these? I got it because I thought it would track my oxygen levels during the night which it does not. However, what it does do, is provide a sleep report that tells you how many hours you slept, how long it took you to get to sleep, how many times you woke up, and how many hours you had of "light" sleep and how many of "deep sleep".
Last night I was able to wear my mask for 4 hours which is a rarity for me - there has only been a handful of times in five years that it has been more than 2.
Anyway, four hours on the machine but only 58 minutes of deep sleep and I felt like hell this morning - worse than I do most mornings.

My priorities in life are God, family, and baseball. Starting in April, I do change the order around a bit.

I know the feeling unfortunately.cherylann wrote:Has anybody used one of these? I got it because I thought it would track my oxygen levels during the night which it does not. Your device sounds interesting although I am not sure I really want to find out how little deep sleep I am having if that is what is going on in my situation. Good luck with everything.

Re: Withings Pulse O2
Many devices will do sleep tracking, but a single night will reveal less than multiple nights.
The fact you got SOME deep sleep is a good sign, trying ti fit an arbitrary standard may not be useful,
just something to take note of, and see what happens later. Average may not always be "normal".

Re: Withings Pulse O2
I have used a pulse O2 for 11 months and it does seem to be reasonably accurate in relation to when I had events and therefore woke. But it really over simplifies matters by the way in which it averages the results. I did do a comparison some time back between My CPAP machine recorded events, Sleep as Android and my Withing's Pulse O2, there was a reasonable correlation between them but I would never rely on on it. What I would like to see what the raw data was like not the averaged results now that would be good for a comparison.
