I have frequent clusters of clear airway on my respironics system 1. would it be to my advantage to switch from a mode
of bi-level to auto using an increase in EPAP and IPAP over the set pressures of 10ipap/ 7epap ?
clear airway clusters
Re: clear airway clusters
unlikely. non-asv machines don't respond to ca events. and for some people, more pressure makes them worse.minutia wrote:I have frequent clusters of clear airway on my respironics system 1. would it be to my advantage to switch from a mode

Get OSCAR
Accounts to put on the foe list: dataq1, clownbell, gearchange, lynninnj, mper!?, DreamDiver, Geer1, almostadoctor, sleepgeek, ajack, stom, mogy, D.H., They often post misleading, timewasting stuff.

What do you consider a cluster...and...what is your AHI?minutia wrote:I have frequent clusters of clear airway on my respironics system 1. would it be to my advantage to switch from a mode

Re: clear airway clusters
As Palerider said...A CPAP, APAP, Bilevel will not do anything to eliminate CAs. Why not fill in your profile with your equipment and using Sleepyhead download some graphs.
