New machine resmed AirSense 10 for her

Post by trytryagain » Fri Jul 31, 2015 7:38 am

I recently got a new machine, Airsense 10 for her. I guess my compliance for my insurance is automatically received by the DME. Now as far as sleepy head goes, I also just got Windows 10. Do I need to re download sleepy head, if so which one?
And how do I use my SD card, I'm not too familiar with unlock /lock and will my DME realize I'm fiddling with the card?

DME doesn't care about the card. Just remember to unlock before putting into machine. Oh, and remember to put it into the machine (I forgot the other day).

Can't help you on the other because I'm Windows 10 resistant. The new cards indicate locked/unlocked. Lock to put into computer, unlock to put into cpap.

with win10, it depends on how you did the conversion: new install or upgrade: yes reload sleephead, no don't reload. If you can see the sleepyhead program on the start menu, then you should be good to go.
Sleeping MUCH better now
