It will be interesting to see the next two installments. Also, check out the other article called 'The Big Sleep' for which the link is highlighted about midway thru the text.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

Get up at 4:30 in the morning. Wash CPAP mask and download SD card to Sleepyhead.
Go to work for 10 hrs.
1 beer when I get home.
Eat very light in the evening.
1 shot of Kentucky bourbon 1 1/2 hrs. before bed.
5mg Melatonin 30 min before bed.
Insert SD card in CPAP machine and attach mask to face.
Go to bed.
Wake up at 4:30 in the morning.

Wash, rinse, repeat.

Life is like the movie Groundhog Day.

But, I sleep like a log.

This formula should only be followed with your doctor's approval. My doctor approved my regimen.

I used to do it like that, working is good for sleeping. Now retired, I read New Yorker Articles. Jim

Soon to be former sleep doctor prescribed Belsamra which is what the "Big Sleep" article is about even though the insert said it is totally inappropriate for someone like me who has narcoleptic/hypersomnia like issues in addition to apnea/UARS. I had told her that previously but I guess she forgot.

Anyway, these articles offer good advice for "normal" sleepers. But they aren't really helpful when someone like me falls asleep using a light therapy lamp which is what a sleep doctor suggested last year. Needless to say, I am looking for someone who can sort through my issues with a fresh perspective which might be easier said than done.
