My sleep therapy results are much better thanks to this forum's advice.
Now at 75 days into treatment I'm checking in here as my progress seems to have stalled.
My settings have remained constant for a month now - Min EPAP 10cwp, Max IPAP 18cwp, Min PS 3cwp.
While OAs have slowly trended downward, CAs have stayed steady or actually increased.
Your comments about which direction I might take next would be greatly appreciated!

I personally would try to do something about those leaks - they may not be officially too high as far as the machine goes, but they are so constant, and in the interests of curiosity if nothing else, I'd experiment with taping for at least a couple of nights, or a FF mask if you have one that fits relatively well, just to see if they help. I'm always being lectured on how leaks are not a problem because of what the machine says, but if mine were as constant as yours (unless the read outs really reflect centrals and not air leaks) I'd want to see about improving them.

I have done quite a bit of experimenting with taping; I use bandage tape
ear-to-ear every night and have added a cervical collar at times.
FF masks I've tried and ruled out due to their harnesses causing headaches, and,
their leak rates which were much higher than you see in these screenshots.
My thinking is that the leaks are caused by pillow contact or facial distortion when side-sleeping.
Any suggestions for a replacement pillow?

Looks to me that most of your CA's are centered around Large Leaks and when you are going to sleep or waking up.deforeman wrote:My sleep therapy results are much better thanks to this forum's advice.

CA's while you are not sleeping are not really something you should need to care about.
Controlling the large leaks will settle you down and most non-wake CA's most likely will settle down.

BTW, I'm shopping for a cpap pillow. The cpap.com site has 9 varieties available.
Do you use a specialty pillow? Have any suggestions?
