I've been enjoying Delanceyplace for the last few months - they email an interesting quote every weekday. Today's is from Dreamland ...

Thanks for reminding me I'm not weird for sleeping 5 hrs (at best), but needing to nap later.

This often happens to me, in spite of my addiction to artificial light. It "feels right".

I "two sleep" all the time. Normally more often during the week rather than on Fri-Sun...

Not uncommon for me to got to bed around 9-9:30 and get up around 12-12:30 and then stay up for hours before going back to bed. Very natural for me and I am very creative during the night wake time and get a lot of problem solving/coding done during that time.

Everyone else is sleeping, no interruptions and I am quite alert and rested during that time.
