Re: Masks
Sure you can use a full face mask even if you don't need or want to breathe through your mouth.
Lots of fold use full face masks and only breathe through their nose.
Doesn't change the effectiveness at all.

Re: Masks
I vote yes. Beneficial? Not sure but it can't hurt if the mask is comfortable.
Morbius, are you bored?
Re: Masks
First, Welcome to the forum!
Yes, anybody can use a FFM. The type of mask is up to the user to decide what feels the best and works. I switch between a FFM and nasal pillows. The difference that I experience between the two is the FFM feels more like an indirect pressure and the Nasal Pillows feel like a direct air pressure. This is because the air pressure in a face mask surrounds the nasal area of the face and is equal on both sides (inside/outside) of the nose. Whereas, the nasal pillow is injecting the air directly into the nasal cavity, making the outside a lower pressure and expands the nasal passages. I'm getting off on a tangent. . .
Good Luck!
