One of the biggest pains in the a-- to me is the 6 foot hose we have to deal with. Since many masks now come with a thin tube of its own we are now talking about almost 7 feet of hose. WAY TOO MUCH. A 13 fixed rate is to high. You need to find a real sleep specialist. These newer machines that can supposedly adjust themselves may not work. I've been using swift fx nasal pillows in the medium size. I get 6 to 8 hours sleep a night. Nice low profile.

Have you been back to your sleep medicine specialist. I don't get that impression. Are you being treated by someone who specializes in this field?

Your biggest problem area will be finding the right mask. I've been using nasal pillows for the last 6 or so years and for me they work the best.
