looking to sell bipap, had on eBay and it was flagged, can it post in this forum?

You're welcome to post it, but it is at least an 8-year old device does not use a current data format (smartcard) and may not be worth a lot. You will want to post the machine hours from the clinical menu (not therapy hours) and whether it has ever been in a smoking environment. That said, it can be a serviceable backup machine. Current model is the Philips Respironics System One 60 Series BiPAP (Model 760).
