Desperately in need of Help
I am new to this site. My partner has centralized and obstructive sleep apnea. I am looking for a used s9 vepap adapt because our insurance doesn't cover it. Does anyone have one for sale? I have searched all over and found most places want 3,500 for new units, we have purchased 5 different units because her apnea is getting worse. I want to get a used unit to make sure this one will work. Any help in locating this item would be greatly appreciated.

If you're not part of the solution you're just scumming up the bottom of the beaker!

So, I am new to all this. Can you tell me what the difference is, other than the manufacture they do the same thing right?

secondwindcpap.com typically has the 36037 s9 vpap adapt available for under 1300$ ish. that's probably the most available source for them at a decent price.fairielover wrote:I am new to this site. I looked today but was unable to locate the machine.
Re: Desperately in need of Help
go on their page, hit the cpap/bipap link, and search for 36037.fairielover wrote:I looked today but was unable to locate the machine.
"Gently Used ResMed ResMed S9 VPAP/BIPAP Adapt SV Auto with Heated Humidifier - REF - 36037"
(the SV is incorrect but just ignore that)

Thanks I was able to find it! Why is the SV incorrect? Most of the the sites have SV on them in the description. I think I'm getting really confused.
Re: Desperately in need of Help
Don't worry about it... just know that PR knows his tech stuff backwards (I would've said 'in his sleep', but that's probably not a joke around here ).

the name of the machine is "s9 vpap adapt"fairielover wrote:Thanks I was able to find it! Why is the SV incorrect? Most of the the sites have SV on them in the description. I think I'm getting really confused.
older versions, the s8, had 'sv' in there... so, they've basically labeled it wrongly, adding 'sv' in there confuses the issue.
the fact that it says 36037 shows it's the right, latest model of the s9 vpap adapt. the 36007 is the earlier version of the s9 vpap adapt.
