Zero-Zero Night

Well, it finally happened. After 4 1/2 years of CPAP use I had a zero AHI, zero Leak, night on Apr 27 while I was on a trip from Idaho to Missouri, sleeping in my tent trailer. I know this isn't an earth shattering achievement, but still it does feel good to have finally had such a night! And as you can see it wasn't a short sleep night either!

Congratulations.. I remember how happy I was when I had my first perfect night.. Its a nice feeling.. Sleep with NO events..

That's great, I am only on my third night and can't imagine ever having a zero/zero night. Now I know it can take awhile!

I don't think I have ever, ever had a 0.0 leak night.....especially with 10 hours...now maybe 2 hours I have done it.

I forgot to mention that I have had several zero leak nights, and several zero AHI nights, during the past 4 1/2 years, but this is the first, and so far only, time that both were zero the same night!
