CPAP MACHINE FOR SALE - ResMed S9 Series - SOLD!

Post by jnwkrk » Wed May 06, 2015 6:46 pm

ResMed S9|Series AutoSet Elite w/ the H5i Heated Humidifier. It has 6,860 hours of use on it. That's about 2,1/2 years of use. Comes w/ all manuals, SD Card, A/C cord, water container and carring case. I would like $250 for it. It's in perfect condition- only selling because my doctor changed me to a VPAP. I need the cash to help pay off my new machine.

Info on the back of the manual:
368123/2 09 10
S9 Series
AutoSet Elite
H5i

There is an S9 AutoSet, and an S9 Elite, two completely different machines.

S9 Elite = straight cpap

S9 Auutoset = APAP

Which machine do you have for sale?

Manual is not a good reference as to what machine you have because it covers multiple machines types.

The only way to know what machine you have is to look at the ref number normally found on the back of the blower unit.

As has been pointed out...There is no autoset/elite....It is one or the other. It is printed on the top of the machine.

*lol* when I looked at that posting last night, I musta been tired, because I thought 'something looks wrong' then got distracted by the thought of "well, he'll never get that pie in the sky asking price here, not on that old a machine." and completely missed the 'which machine is it" question *shakes head*

Don't feel bad....I totally missed the "which machine is it" thing too. I swear I never even saw the words AutoSet anywhere and I also was thinking....geez I just sold an Elite with 9 (yes 9 hours on it) for $200.
Even if it is the AutoSet the high hours of use will hurt it a lot in terms of value.

well, in all fairness, the ST-A, Lumis Tx, and VPAP Tx DO look different, thanks to the added alarm module.

in all fairness, most of the respirs look the same, except for the added alarm button on some of the machines

I am not computer savvy. If you could give me an email to send them to, I will (that much I know). Then maybe you'd be so kind as to post them here where appropriate?
