I saw this awhile back, about the time Leonard Nimoy passed.
I wondered if cpap might have helped, but if he did not have apnea, no one would ever know.

Even XPAP, can't make up for exposure to radiation in a confined space. Real life is much harder than than movies. Never would have thought Kurt wouldn't have made it to Spock's funeral. He should of at least put him in a SpaceX and ejected him into the sun, in a photon torpedo. Jim

Besides, I was referring to Nimoy, not Spock.
But you already knew that.

Oddball thing about this story:

They say that 10-20% of people with OSA also have COPD.

But they never say x% of people with COPD also have OSA. And that seems to be a glaring omission since the point of the story seems to be that if you have COPD and are sleepy, getting tested for OSA and getting treated for OSA (if you have it) may improve your COPD issues.
