I felt really tired at first too but the RT told me that it was because I was finally getting delta sleep which is deeper and so even though you wake up tired you are really more rested and will feel better during the day. I do notice I have more energy so not sure if that is what is happening. Hang...

I had that frustrating problem until I loosened my mask. it feels like it is falling off but i haven't had any sores??? good luck with it. those things hurt.

gulp, I feel guilty for leaving it in there so long (maybe 3 months) but it still looks white. I wasn't worried about the expense but just fear of machinery and worry that I wouldn't do it right. I used to use the pillows and had frequent sores on my nose. I tried lubricant and changing the size but it kept coming back. I now use the mirage activa gel nose mask and it has been much better. Hard decisions to make.

Good morning, I noticed lately that my mask starts leaking in the middle of the night. I start off fine and then wake up frustrated by trying to get it right and this week I have just ended up taking it off about 3am. anyone else notice this problem?
