My CPAP Equipment Mantra..:)

I keep telling myself this every time I have to adjust something at night, which is very frequently.

and then I eat more chocolate......

Chocolate may not fix EVERYthing but it can sure take your mind off things at that moment it begins to melt on your tongue.
