anybody that wants a elite, autoset, or vpap s, or vauto should consider this.... the vpap auto is pretty much four machines in one.

Ditto to what Palerider has said.
You can make it do pretty much anything you want with its versatility. I have owned a S9 VPAP Auto and it's a great machine...You can make it work like the AutoSet if you wish with just a little customization of the bilevel auto setting.
I know I paid a LOT more for mine and sold it for more than the asking price here for this one with a lot more hours on it and it was still a very fair deal for the person who bought it.
