... gives us a greater chance to feel better during the day. For more acronyms you can go to the Wiki at the top of the main forum page and take a stroll through definitions. Pain...even low level pain will definitely affect the quality of our sleep ...

CPAP definitions can be found inside the blue box just above the listing of topics, on the right. It helped me a lot.
