1. Your leak is not so high, but it is often. Does it awaken you? Do you get dry mouth?
2. Are you still using a nasal mask (N20)?
3. Do you wake up often? A side effect of Sunosi is problems sleeping.
4. I would like to zoom in on your flow line. Can you use SleepHQ.com to post their analysis?

My recommendation for somebody new to CPAP is to use SleepHQ

Re: Are Flow Limitations Actually An Issue?
I've tried increasing the CPAP pressure, but I can't really tolerate much higher (I'm a very light breather). What are the symptoms of your intolerance of higher CPAP pressures? Aerophagia, awakenings, inability to fall asleep, other? I tried switching to CPAP (see 2025 - CPAP screenshot), but then...

Re: Are Flow Limitations Actually An Issue?
I'm wondering if my flow limitations are actually an issue that's negatively affecting my sleep and need to be fixed? Judging near bedtime, how did you feel during the day? Energetic? Any excess sleepiness? Tired at bedtime, but not stressed? My question is - are these flow limitations that you see...

Why secretive? People who learn the best from forums are open.
Maybe you merely overlooked mentioning the app's name?

Re: Worn Out Res Med Air Curve 10 ST
My family doctor wrote a script specifying the machine model. He sent a letter saying I use and benefit from the machine, and a replacement is needed. This went to the DME who then ordered the machine. Make sure the DME has your Medicare and supplemental policy information. It was all effortless for...
