0 AHI for the past 7 nights.
I've been using CPAP for almost 2 years now, and this is the first time that I've ever gotten an AHI of 0. It's now been 7 straight nights at 0. The treatment has never helped me not feel tired or like crap. In fact, I've felt worse for the last week. Is it possible that there's something wrong with my machine? Or am I just overthinking things? Nothing has changed treatment-wise.

There's some suspicion that S9 machines may get stuck reporting 0. Unplug the power for 30 seconds or so to reset it.
I believe it actually records the correct data on the SD card. If you're using SleepyHead or ResScan, try reading your SD card and see if it's real.
You wouldn't be the first person to report that they actually feel worse when their AHI is better.

load the data info sleepyhead, if you're not already using it, and zoom in and check the waveform.digitalepiphany wrote:I've been using CPAP for almost 2 years now, and this is the first time that I've ever gotten an AHI of 0. you may see places where you stop breathing, but if they don't last for at least 10 seconds, they don't count for scoring in the AHI.

Re: 0 AHI for the past 7 nights.
It all looks pretty normal on SleepyHead.
Like I said, it just seems odd that I'd have a week straight of 0 AHI after almost two years of no days of 0 AHI. Along with the fact that I've changed nothing.
It just makes me really suspicious.
I'll unplug the machine and report what happens tomorrow.

you can do that, but I can't see this alleged need to "reset the machine" causing it to fake waveform data.digitalepiphany wrote:I'll unplug the machine and report what happens tomorrow.
if you don't see periods in the waveform where you stop breathing for over 10 seconds, then the machine is reporting what happened

Like I said, I'm sure there's nothing wrong, it just makes me suspicious.

So, after resetting the machine last night, my AHI was 2.23, which is more in line with what it usually is.
