Sleepy Head not showing IPAP pressure for Aircurve ASV 10

I just got my second AirCurve ASV 10 after the first was defective. I was given an S9 ASV loaner and it recorded IPAP pressure and EPAP pressure from what I can see in Sleepy Head. However, on the statistics for the new machine, there is no IPAP pressure, only total pressure. Is there a way to view IPAP and EPAP separately with the 10 ASV using Sleepy Head?

Have you checked the user preferences to see what reporting options are turned on or off?

I cannot answer your question but, would you mind describing the defect in more detail? My brand new Aircurve ASV has been flawless so far, but as you stated, Sleepyhead will not separate the pressures.

Golddust, Sleepy Head is free software that allows us to examine the data collected on the SD Card. It has nothing to do with the actual unit, only the data we can see in the application.

If you are talking about the defect of my unit, it was that it was so loud neither my wife nor I could sleep. It made a terrible whirling sound and vibrated the whole night stand. I got my DME to order me a new one since it was brand new, but I had to wait about 4 weeks until the replacement arrived. New one is much quieter than the rental S9 ASV unit they gave me. Great machine!

the current version of SH came out *before* the aircurve machines were released, so it needs to be tweaked to support them properly.... it's just lucky that they're working with it at all at this point.
