Sore nose

Post by kopoloff » Fri Jan 23, 2015 8:28 pm

I have just started using a Pilairo. It's very light, and quite comfortable, except that when I lie on my side, which is preferred, it irritates the inside of the nostril. Can anyone suggest if this is a problem with my technique, or am I just weird?

Sometimes pillows take a few days to get used to. For nasal soreness at the tip and edge some have used Lansinoh lanolin ointment/cream. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005MI ... NESJBQWCZE
I use Ayr nasal saline gel before I mask up. After a few days the soreness went away. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0010N ... 0RVG9VS40K

I've heard it also works on fingers with eczema.

Thankyou for your suggestion. I've bought some Lansinoh, so I'll give it a shot
Cheers
