Hypopnea and VS2 clusters

Going back over my data for the last month. AHI numbers seem to vary from slightly under 2.0 to slightly over 3.2. Highest over the last month has been 4.9, but that didn't seem to be a big deal when it came to my sleep.

Going back over everything for the last month. The two things that stick out as flag incidents are hypopnea and VS2. Doesn't necessarily seem to be any correlation between the two. i.e. if VS2 goes up then hypopnea is also up. One can go up while the other may be lower.

Hypopnea. While I will get a total events number of 10, or below, most of the numbers are 30 - 40, with a maximum of 50.

VS2. While I have had some nights of 20s, most of the numbers are 45 - 60 range.Maximum 65.

While all of my sleep is somewhat better than is was on 9/22 when I started, I'm still waking up. Primarily early (4 AM) in the morning for maybe an hour.

Any thoughts?

I'd raise my low pressure a bit and consider trying a FF mask.
