having some things happening during the night that aren't shown as events, but catch my attention, anyhow. Like during the past week, I've seen on the flow rate chart where it doesn't look like I exhale much past the "neutral" point before inhaling again. Not just once or twice, but a couple nights ago, for over an hour. Is this something to worry over, adjust pressure on, or treat like CAs and just watch while doing nothing?
This was a relatively uneventful night otherwise. But the other night I had a similar breathing rhythm with more events.

Interesting in your statistics section the difference between your max inspiration and expiration times, just about 2 to 1 - weird
Of course it's just the max but interesting just the same

Could you be breathing through your mouth?Tatooed Lady wrote:having some things happening during the night that aren't shown as events, but catch my attention, anyhow. I don't think so. I have VERY few times I find myself with dry mouth or wake to the wind tunnel. Not ruling 8th completely out...but doubtful.
I wanted to post another screen but couldn't...pic was black.

well, the first one isn't flagged as an event because it's too short.Tatooed Lady wrote:having some things happening during the night that aren't shown as events, but catch my attention, anyhow. I'd say to watch, and see if it's a now and then thing, or something that starts to be habit forming, as it were.

I sometimes see similar events and have puzzled over it a bit without much of a conclusion other than maybe I'm taking short breaths with a pause between.
