After using it for a few hours my nose itches so much that it wakes me and I cannot continue sleeping with it on. I don't want to use Vaseline or cream because I'm afraid it will ruin the spongy rim.
Has anyone else had this problem?

YMMV Sometimes applying Vaseline to the inside rim of your nose may reduce the soreness.
