There are times where I wonder if my machine is correctly outputting pressures.
Is there a device we can buy and do our own checking?
An example of what I'm saying is that there are times where my high pressure of 16 seem to be much higher than at other times. Conversely, there are times when my high pressure of 16 doesn't seem all that high.
Not something they might catch at the DME given its randomness.
How can you check your machine's pressures?

Manometer...you can buy or make your own. Search the forum for prior discussions on how to make your own or you can just buy one from cpap.com.

If you are using a local DME they can check it for you in just a few minutes.

Re: How can you check your machine's pressures?
I do have a local DME but the problem is if it's acting intermittently with some "off" pressures, then it might not show up in their office. I'll also have this ongoing concern about it. With expidited shipping, it worked out to just under a Franklin. My sanity and health is worth that.LSAT wrote:JimP wrote:There are times where I wonder if my machine is correctly outputting pressures.

In any event, I just placed an order for the gage style linked to a few post up.
Thanks everyone.
This is a great site.

If you have a local DME...why the concern about shipping?
