Infosmart 1.1 error

Hello,

Was wondering if anyone has experience with Infosmart 1.1 - when I try to login I receive an TCP error "could not connect the target machine actively refused the connection" I spoke to F&P tech support who said that the Infosmart Server service needed to be started. I checked and sure enough it was stopped - the problem is that when I try to start it I receive an error stating that the service could not be started because the group or dependency failed to start - does anyone know what services this depends on?

Long shot I know bit figured I would check.

Have you tried the current version? You are showing 1.1, current download upgrade is for 1.2 R5

Could be a known bug in the 1.1 version???

Hmm hadn't thought about that - I will give that a try any idea if it will retain the saved information?
