How many, how often, where in the eye?
Have you seen your ophthalmologist?
No good reason to not go.

Re: eye bubbles anyone?
Sounds like air is coming out of your nose into the nasolacrimal duct and entering your eye.
If you can learn to use an Oracle oral nasal mask without the the nose plugs, it will fix this. I find the Oracle mask dried my mouth out and the lack of airflow in the nose was uncomfortable.
A Total face mask, like the Fitlife, will also fix this because the air pressure in the nose and eyes will be the same.
There are "punctal plugs" that block your nasolacrimal ducts that might help, but they have their drawbacks as well.

Not a bad idea. However, most doctors, even sleep doctors , probably won't realize that an oral or total face mask could fix the problem. With the modern assembly line medicine approach, many doctors are sadly lacking in basic understanding of physics or initiative to really think about the problems.chunkyfrog wrote:I wonder why this happening after four years therapy.

Heck, a lot of them probably aren't even smart enough to realize that CPAP could cause air to bubble backwards up the nasolacrimal duct in the first place.

And don't bother with your dME because they will tell you it is impossible.
Go straight to an ophthalmologist (not to an optometrist - different speciality).

I really feel that the sudden appearance of this may indicate physical changes that might not be minor.
When a new user has the same problem, the other masks are an excellent idea.
I am concerned that after 4 years, this might be something different.
And the ophthalmologist is the way to go-- a physician specializing in eyes, not a guy who sells glasses.
