Travel Briefcase offered by Phillips

This looks like a good solution to me from the photos for travelling with your CPAP on business. I just wanted to share with others that travel like we do and need some compact way to carry the CPAP machine with your laptop/tablet etc.

I do not have anything to gain by sharing this, it just caught my eye.

I should have checked with https://www.cpap.com first.

I am glad they are carrying it.

Of course, adding laptop, etc., means that the bag as a whole is considered to be carryon luggage for air travel. The laptop would be a carryon anyway, so that may be of limited relevance, except the combined unit would no longer be entitled to "priority stowage" which could be an issue on overbooked/overcrowded flights.

Looks nice though.

I periodically travel for work and my carry-on is a JanSport rolling backpack. The main compartment will adequately hold my machine; the smaller pocket my laptop and iPad; the smallest is good for headphones, tickets, keys, etc. You can see one very similar to mine here Image.

I went through the TSA pre-screened line at MSY a few weeks ago. Agent told me, "No need to take off your shoes or remove your laptop but if you have a CPAP or BiPAP, please remove it from your luggage and place on the conveyor belt." There is no way she knew that I had one in my carry on.

I've ordered one and it should arrive this week. My pr1 did not come with a padded bag, just a little nylon bag without padding. I had been looking for something I could use for travel by car or air. This one will fit over my rolling carry on handle to make it easier to transport within the airport or into a hotel. Hope it gets here before we head out this weekend.

I just traveled and had TSA pre approval in Rhode Island and Colorado and didn't have to take out my cpap machine. Strange.
