Make sure the water is emptied before you pack. Bring an extension cord.
A cpap machine doesn't count as carry on. Always do carry on and NEVER EVER put it in luggage.
Tell the cruise line you need distilled water in your room.

It's a medical device, taking it along should be old hat to them--just never check it--keep it with you.
If you want to use it on the plane, notify them in advance; same with the cruise line.
Have a wonderful cruise!

What Blackspinner and Chunkyfrog said.
You'll have no problems. Airlines and cruise ships recognize cpap machines. Do take advantage of being able to carry on the airplane without counting against your quota. Do carry in the original bag, if possible. The TSA recognizes them on sight.
I carry my equipment in the bag, in zip-lock bags. The blower will fit in a gallon bag as will the humidifier, though I never take mine. Quart size bags will hold masks and head gear. Sandwich bags for the little stuff. I've had the TSA open my bag, put some kind of wand instrument in it, but never open my zip locks. YMMV.
On the Cruise ship, ask for what you need. Take an extension cord, but you may need to ask for another on the ship. It depends on the layout of the cabin and the outlets. I've traveled with Carnival, Princess, and Royal Carribean and never had a problem. I've asked for extension cords on some and on some I didn't need one. For whatever you need, the room steward is probably the best person to ask. I've never notified the cruise line in advance, but it couldn't hurt.
Have Fun!

I am so looking foreword to this cruise last june we went to florida and it ended up being a trip to hell (didnt get diagnosed with sleep apnea till this augest) and that trip really sucked me and my friend kept fighting all night because of my very loud snoring so we didnt sleep well and during the day we were exhausted plus it was hot in florida we really didnt have that much fun so this time around I am very glad to have the cpap machine so I will sleep well and we all will have alot of fun

You really don't need to keep the cpap in the original carry bag. Should you use another bag you can only have exempt items in there, ie. you can put in things needed to use the cpap machine or medicines. If you put in socks or toothpaste they can say it is no longer exempt.
I put mine in the carry-on size luggage bags "with wheels" line the pilots and air crew use. Just as long as it can fit under a seat or in the overhead bin it won't be a problem. The wheels are a big help when moving thru an airport. I bring a bungie cord to strap another bag on to the wheeled bag and off I go.

I got my first machine less than a week before a professional conference--first one EVER that was not pure misery.
Before, I had huge problems staying awake during the presentations--that time: OMG--I didn't miss a thing!
--and for the first time in about 12 years, I wasn't sick for the whole conference.
