Going to make it work this time

Post by Amers605 » Sat Sep 27, 2014 8:55 pm

So here I go.
I have a new mask, Philips Respironics TrueBlue nasal.
New chin strap, Ruby style from cpap.com.
I sure hope I finally sleep tonight.

First night - In the middle of the night, I switched back to old mask because new mask frame is to big for me. I was able to use CPAP all night! (rare for me)
Chinstrap seems to be helping.
Second night - used CPAP for about 6 hours only waking twice. Very good for me.

I would like to see the data from the machine, but I do not know how.
If anyone could help, it would be appreciated.
I have heard about Sleepyhead, but I do not know much about it.

What model machine are you using now? The humidifier you have chosen in your equipment profile is for a humidifier that was discontinued back in 2007 so if that is correct...we need to get you something besides Sleepyhead software and I need to tell you about the other stuff your machine will need to use the software.

If you have a newer System One machine the model number is on the bottom of the blower unit...a 3 digit number with REF or DS next to it. So if you are unsure of model...that number never lies.

Oh crap. I just looked in your other thread and found this that you said.
REMstar SE , DOM the ref # 220P
That machine is a brick and only collects hours of use which you can see on the machine's LCD display.

Did you ever check to see if they would swap out that model for a 460 model? You need at least model 460 to have any data for the software to work with.

I asked about a better machine, the answer was no!

I downloaded Sleepyhead to find there is no data from my machine.
