How to treat my RERA with biPAP?

Post by musculus » Mon Sep 22, 2014 2:56 pm

Hi,

I have UARS and am using BiPAP with moderately high pressure 14/12. However, the sleep quality is still far from ideal. My typical RERA events (mostly in REM sleep based on timing) look like this:

a period of airway resistance (red) lead to arousal which open airway and smooth airflow (green).

I am wondering if anyone else had such experience and get successfully treated? Thanks in advance.
