I have a travel size CPAP with humidifier which has worked well for me, but now has malfunctioned and needs sent in for servicing.
Trying to find a service center for this discontinued machine has been quite problematic! I have Google searched to little effect and now am reaching out to any who might be able to steer me in the proper direction for locating a repair facility.
The CPAP sometimes works properly, then it will stop with an error code.
Other tiimes CPAP will pause/pulse the airflow.
Occasionally CPAP will make airflow increase dramatically, then drop back down in pressure/airflow.
Most usually, CPAP functions properly and then shuts off, like as though on a timer.
I suspect the programming has been corrupted and a hard reset or re-download of programing would suffice to solve problems, but this is in the provenience of an authorized repair facility, which I am having difficulties locating for my CareFusion part number 21961-001, model number 9S-005720 CPAP.
Any ideas, suggestions or directions would be most heartily welcomed!
Thanks!

Direct Home Medical used to sell that model. It was discontinued in 2013 according to their reference page.
Perhaps they can provide a repair reference if the http://www.acbio.com folks cannot help.
CPAP.com still seems to sell the humidifier so they, too, may be able to refer you to a repair facility.
