Headache after 6.5 hours of cpap sleep

I am a new user of CPAP for about two months, The first month I averaged 4.4 hours of sleep not bad for the first month. The Second month I was struggling quite abit only aveaged 2.5 hours of sleep. So i switch to a smaller mask with less leaks and for the last three nights i have been averaging 6.5 hours but i woke up this morning with a headache like I did when I wasn't using cpap anybody had this propblem.

Did you have a few too many apnea events? Do you have treatment data on your machine?

Mark we really need more specifics if we're to help you at all. Which machine, which mask(s), what does your data look like?...

What are your pressure settings? What kind of mask are you using?

my settings are 12.0 and I have a RESMED Quattro Fx Full mask.

In other words you're on straight Cpap and not autopap? Help us to help you by giving any and all info related to sleep habits and equipment, etc. possible.

Which ResMed machine? Does it look like this, and if so, what does it say right above the Start/Stop button? Might say Elite, Escape, Escape Auto, or Autoset.

Can you see your AHI on the machine's display panel?
