With a machine like yours...contact secondwindcpap.com. They will make you an offer and pay for shipping.
They currently sell a unit like yours with a warranty for $329. I would guess that they would give you 200-225.

Thanks, they made a very fair offer but I would still prefer to sell it direct to another consumer to save them and myself some money if possible.

Very few folks on this forum would "pay" for an Escape, since it does not produce any useable info to monitor your therapy.
If you search this forum for Escape you will find many posts suggesting not to buy, or to return/exchange an Escape.

If insurance paid for your machine you may want to check and see if you own it, rent it, or the insurance company owns it.

Attn: Newbies

This would be a fine backup or travel machine for someone who uses a single pressure (CPAP or APAP running in CPAP mode), and who already has their therapy pretty well dialed in (because no therapy data is recorded by this machine).

Kae, I can't help but wonder if this brick machine has anything to do with why your wife gave up on it so quickly. There would have been no way for her -- or even her doctor -- to know if she was on the correct pressure to control her apnea, if leaks were under control, etc. Should she ever be willing to try again, she needs a machine that will tell her if her therapy is actually working, she needs a comfortable (or reasonably comfortable) mask, she likely needs the help and support of a community like this one, and she'd also benefit from using free available software like SleepyHead to see how she's doing and spot potential bugs to be worked out. Something to consider.

Sadly, dispensing a machine that gives no feedback would be like putting a blank label on a prescription bottle.

I liken it to driving to work while blindfolded.

Hi Kae - I sent you a PM about the masks for sale last week. Are you selling your items through Paypal?

Thanks
