Soft cervical collar seems to work well. Mouth breather.

Based on the suggestions on this site, I decided to try wearing a cervical collar at night. While one night of wear is hardly a good sampling, I feel much more alert today than I have felt in a long time. I can only think that the collar truly did help with keeping my mouth closed. I very must appreciate the suggestion. -Chuck-
