When to go back on the Light Box?

Post by Kennerly » Mon Sep 01, 2014 7:33 am

Hi all. Last winter I had some success using light therapy to tune up my sleep cycle. In the spring as the days became longer and brighter I stopped using the light box as I no longer seemed to need it.

I'm wondering how and when to transition back onto it in the fall. Any tips from LT veterans would be appreciated. -Kennerly
