FP Icon+ not updating InfoUSB stick

Does anybody know if there's a way to force a Fisher and Paykel Icon+ Auto to update the USB stick? It hasn't transferred the last few nights' data. It's definitely inserted, since the USB icon flashes briefly when I insert it, and the stick's green LED is on. But I don't see any indication of activity: no flashing of the LED or icon on the display.

Is there some way to nudge the CPAP and flush its data to USB?

Have you initialized the InfoUSB stick and software on your computer?
Page A-9 in the user guide seems pretty straightforward on what is supposed to happen.
If everything is initialized properly, then its either a memory stick defect or a defect in the slot in the Icon.
Have you discussed this with your DME?
