Feeling of fluid on my scalp

Hi,

Newbie here. I’m glad I found this site. I have a disconcerting thing happening that no doctor seems to know how to answer. I have for the last month or at least several weeks, had the sensation that my scalp is thickened (not the skin, under it). I also have a crackling sound when I move my forehead up and down. I had this once before and the sounds got worse and worse until one night I fearfully massaged my head forcefully and the air pocket or whatever it was, left. This time I can’t get rid of it. I’m wondering if any cpap users have experienced this?
