Follow up with my Dr

I printed out my data from both the SleepyHead and the EncoreBasic programs so he could see my results so far. He was very pleased that I am doing research and I am pro-active with my treatment. He also said my readings so far look great and he was very pleased to hear I am feeling so much better. I also found out that during my sleep study I was put on the CPAP shortly before 12:30am. I was wired up around 10:00 and went to sleep around 10:30. He said shortly after I was on the CPAP I went into REM sleep. He said I don't need to go back to him till my next scheduled physical in January. I just have to send in my SD card to my supplier so they can see how things are going and so my ins can see I am using it and then they will pay for my unit.
So I am very pleased with how things are going right now. I am sleeping so much better, not falling asleep at the drop of the hat, not zoning out on my drive home from work and have more energy!
