Started on the cpap about a month ago and find the readouts at the medical supply store very interesting, however, going in and having them read it is getting a bit old. I found out that Sleepyhead does the same thing!
I've searched and see a lot of people saying this is happening, but haven't seen a fix, so I thought Id post.
I have a Respironics System One and trying 9.5 and 9.6 neither will read the card. I've tried almost every suggestion mentioned in previous threads and nothing is working. Is there something that has worked that maybe I've missed?
I couldn't wait to try this out and have been beating my head against the wall most of the morning.
Thanks in advance!

make sure the cards mounts properly in your computer first, so that you can see the files on it. then point sleepyhead at the card itself, not one of it's subdiretories.
what os are you using?
Get OSCAR

Welcome to the board.
Please fill in your profile with your equipment so we can help you better. There's a link in my signature line.
We need to know which PRS1 machine you have. Take the water tank out so you don't spill water into the machine. Then look on the back or bottom of the blower for a label with something like "REF 560". Tell us what it says. Also, tell us what it says near the LCD display. Something like "REMstar blahblahblah."

Re: Sleepyhead - Couldn't Find New Machine......
What is the message from SleepyHead?
Can it find the card at all?
On my older XP machine, I had a failure of the SD card reader so that application software couldn't see that there was a card at all.
SleepyHead is much better than Encore at reading older files that contain wave data for example but both of them should be able to read the card and find some files.
One possibility is a data error on the card itself. SD cards are fragile and sometimes just fail.
Can you insert the card in your computer and then look at it with a viewer (Windows Explorer if you have a Window machine) to see the files on the card? Its possible that the DME has erased the card during the report process and there is really no data there at all. If that is the case, then insert the card into the cpap and see if the cpap will re-create the files so SleepyHead can see something. The wave files will be gone in that instance.
Please do register your equipment as that might provide some other clues to help.
