Hi can anyone help me please. I am very new to this game and until now have no problem with the mask fit. We are on holiday in Devon so can't pop into the clinic. I wash the mask every day fit it in exactly the same way but can only get a sad red face for mask fit. Is it all right to use it any way as we are here for 10 days. I am finding this all so difficult and stressful I am really upset sorry to be negative but have been ill for 3 years with chronic asthma and last year was on life support for 4 days. This feels like the final straw.

This is a brilliant site who knows I might be able to help someone in future. Hope you all have a good bank holiday weekend

There are very many masks out there - what are you using?

try using the mask fit feature "setup, mask fit" and see if you can figure out where it's leaking.

1) is the mask type on the machine set for full mask?
2) make sure you aren't looking at the machine was doing a mask fit check. Have someone help you push the button and look at the machine while you are lying down.
3) don't stress! if you have a green face in the morning it's all good.
