but, you're right, let me be less judgemental and say "they may not be as welcoming in some ways, and less open to discussion than we are over here, however they provide a valuable service"

Stages in obtaining ResScan 5.1:

Go to this website, become a member there, and next, follow the link in this window:

you'll get a reply in an email with a link to the Download.

Once you push an SD Card (inside a Reader) holding the data from the S9 machine into an USB slot in the laptop it will identify your machine. Next click OK, and you'll get this:

This is the start window. :

Here I L click on OPEN PATIENT and double L click on on my name:

Next, I click on Download (I chose All Data):

In this flag I click on OVERWRITE:

Once I get my REVIEW I set the time period to cover my sleep time. I then have a choice to see about 5 different graphs and Stats and customize the kinds of values. Next, I click on REPORT.
To print it I click PRINT. To post it here it's another story.
