AirMini data issues

Post by englandsf » Mon Jun 24, 2019 4:05 am

Really suffering from the inability to read detailed data from my new Air Mini traveling in the UK. Mask fit scores of 12 and 8 out of 20 for two out of 7 nights - anyone know what that means in terms of %age large leaks? Others have been "good" 18-20.

Hi englandsf,

I suggest you call ResMed UK – on 0800 907 7071* – tell the person who answers your call that you're a patient and a visitor to our shores, explain your problem – and ask for help. I think you'll find them obliging. :)

* dialling from within the UK, and between 9 am and 5 pm.

From ResMed's MyAir site, myAir score section:

I'm pretty sure the L/min value is the 95% number:
