New user...remstar auto a flex

I am a relatively new cpap user. Ive used it for about 6weeks now. I am supposed to get the data off my machine and send to doctor. I dont know how. It has an sd card.

Need the actual full name and model # of your machine - what you gave is what sounds like an older one, but the name is still generic in that many similar ones were sold, so see if you can get more info on it. And what mask are you using for the record? IF your machine is the one I think it could be (of which I have an old one as back-up) you'd need a special card reader (got mine from China but no longer avail. there) from a particular dealer/dealers in the US, but it's the software program that matters in terms of what your machine will work with and not... so find all details and wording and come back to this thread with them.

If your machine has a SD card in the back then you can use SleepyHead or Encore.

My doctor just wanted me to bring in the SD card so that he could read it in his office, using his software (Encore).

I never even knew this thing had a model" i think its remstar auto 560P. Its a full face mask. F&p simplus.

First, take out the water tank if it has any water in it! This is important as machines have been ruined by not doing so.

Then, turn the machine over and look at the sticker on the bottom of the blower unit. There, you will probably find the model number is 550P or 560P depending on whether it can use a heated hose or not.
