I have a loose "smokers cough" every morning and i have never smoked. It takes a good cough to clear and then am fine the rest of the day. I attribute it to the humidifier but when i try lowering it i am too dry. I am interested in hearing responses. Post nasal drip could be a possibility too.

My mask smells like whatever I cooked that day. Luckily I rarely cook. I also smell shampoo if I use that to clean the mask no matter how long I rinse so I tend to just use Ivory hand soap now and no smell...except for the rare cooking smell.

I'm ok with the machine rejecting it but was curious that I would only get the one day loading onto SH. With my old computer I had days of data. I like to compare. I will get a new card and see how that goes. Thanks for the input.

I thought when I hit "yes" I was erasing all the previous data because I would only get one days data when the sleepyhead read the card each time.

If you were able to fall asleep without it I would skip it and try to taper the dose on other nights to see how you do.
