What can anyone tell me about a RES Med V Pap III & III St ? I know it is about 6 years old but it only has about 20 hours on it. My Respironcs Bipap S/T is hitting 20,000 hours and I want a backup. I have been buying used machines on Craigslist for almost 20 ears and never had an issue. This is the first Res Med machine I have looked at. Will it replace my Respironics T/T? My settings are 15 IPAP 10 EPAP and 8BPM.

The ST part I think will do the back up rate which is what the 8 BPM thing on your current machine does.
Go here and get the manual to verify what it does...you have to request it via email. It it has 2 modes with one of them offering ST it should work but I would get the manual and confirm the setting options first.
