Store brand baby wipe question?

Post by hobbs » Sat Apr 18, 2015 11:04 am

I forgot to reorder mask wipes from cpap.com and am leaving Monday for two weeks in Italy. What do I look for or avoid in store brands? I have CVS, Walgreens and Wal-Mart near by.

No petroleum jelly or alcohol - check the ingredients.

I buy the big refill bag of walmart Equate brand. It is alcohol and fragrance free.

I just used kleenex and purell, and ignored the 'no alcohol' advice.

I'm not advising it, just saying what's worked for me for a few years.

I use Pampers Thick Wipes for Sensitive Skin. They are cheap and work well for me.

I've been using "live clean" (fresh face) wipes and facial products. They're everything free...vegan...no oil, alcohol, petroleum, silicone, dye and a bunch of other things.

I buy them at Walmart but I've seen them in other stores as well. Walmart's price was the best. There's 30 wipes in in a travel pack sized package.

Have a great trip!

I've been using Walmart Equate - alcohol and fragrance free wipes for a number of years. From the travel pack (or any size pack you choose), I remove a small stack, cut in half crosswise and separate. Using the original folds, I place individual wipes in a small( about 3"x2") box with locking lid which has an inner seal. Box is from Dollar Tree. Now I have wipes the right size for our masks that usually last several weeks and I don't feel like I've had to dispose of half a sheet. Only takes a few minutes. Fits nicely in my bag for travel. These wipes stay moist as do the larger ones since I don't have to open the big pack each day.

I use a whole baby wipe, then wipe down my face and neck with it.
It is very gentle to my skin, and feels so fresh.
