Restless legs is horrible at times. My mother had it. My sister has it . Just one of those things I inherited

I have nights where my legs hurt unless I am moving them constantly. I cannot sleep when this happens. I usually just walk around my house and I have a creme I put on my legs which helps. I dont think i am having them in my sleep.

Yes I do use ramp when I first go to bed usually 20 minutes. I even hit ramp when I wake up during the night to help me go back to sleep.

Thanks Zonker. I just continually get worse no energy memory bad. I am changing out my masks, tubing and headgear as needed. I am washing my mask. I have tried upping my pressure on machine per my Doctor.
