Did your doctor say why he was prescribing Klonopin? That's not a standard treatment for a-fib out, as far as I know. It sounds like he thinks your symptoms are anxiety-related (although a-fib is *not* caused by anxiety). If that's the case, you might benefit from cognitive-behavioral therapy. I would strongly caution against the use of Klonopin unless you really need it, and then for as short a period and in as small a dose as possible. I can say from experience that Klonopin carries a high risk of dependency.

It's a good bit irksome that someone who has such an attitude comes to a CPAP forum discouraging new members.

It's a blessing, not a curse, for me to be able to live a full life because CPAP is available and highly effective.

I carry my CPAP everywhere and travel often with it - cars, planes, trains, subways.

You might want to examine your attitude and consider what life would be like without CPAP.

OP said her doc prescribed klonopin for the suspected REM behavior disorder.
