Wearing swim goggles might help, but you want to check with your eye doctor first.
I could tolerate goggles better than a total face mask, but I was concerned about
air pressure on my eyes, so I punched holes in the goggles.

I think swim goggles wouldn't help. The air is coming from inside the eye socket. It seems like swim goggles would only help if a nasal or full face mask was blowing air into the eyes from the outside.

I've ordered a F&P Oracle Oral to give that a try, as my full-face F&P Simplex is keeping me up all night! But here's a question, while I wait on arrival of the Oracle Oral.....using the full-face last night, I thought, " well, if I block the nasal passages with a tissue, and just continue to breath through my mouth, perhaps that'll solve it...". It didn't. ..... I still got air blowing pu through the Jones tube. anyw thoughts?
Please read my post on the Oracle mask with the link at the bottom of this post.
If you need anything to help with getting the Oracle to work, please send me a PM and I'll try to help.

hey thanks for your encouragment!
I've been using the Oracle oral for about a week and though it is difficult to get comfortable with, it definitely has stopped air from blowing up the Jones tubes and on to my eyes! But I rarely make it through a whole night's sleep without abandoning it. But anything's better than air on my eyeballs, so I'll stay with it!

I have the same problem with the air blowing up the Jones tube and into my eye. My eye is so dry in the middle of the night I wake up with it burning and nothing helps. I have to stop using the Cpap. Has anyone tried to put eye gel or Vaseline over the jones tube? I'm considering it tonight. So sick of these problems!!

Due to 'surfer's ear' I have some problems with the eustachian tube in my right ear... a full face mask, the ResMed F10, helped a lot (NOT a total face mask, BTW). Please fill out your equipment profile so we don't have to assume or guess about your equipment.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

How do you know that the CPAP air goes into your eyes thru the Jones tubes and not directly by blowing on the eyes?

When my eyes get dry at night because of air blowing from the mask I just rinse my eyes gently with faucet water, and it always works. I hope that I don't have Blepharitis in my eyes:

I usually cringe when someone recommends this mask, https://www.cpap.com/productpage/respir ... dgear.html

But, it might do the trick for you by equalizing the CPAP pressure on both ends of the tubes, thereby preventing air flow through the tubes and drying of the eyes.

So I have a jones tube, and for you all who don't have one, what it does is it acts like a tearduct, as your eyes water it drains back into your nose cavity throat in theory. I have had one since I was 5 y/o. And also wear a Cpap. All the Doc's I've talked to didn't have an answer for me either. I have 2 full face masks, I have a full face total life and it covers your eyes, it leaks a bit and getting a seal is really hard I used it for about 6 months. I have a mouth nose full face and if the jones tube it clogged I get great sleep. but that is the catch what can you put in the jones tube to clog it for the night I've tried vasoline. it works but only for about 3-4 hours.
